Project and schedule data. Files and data you upload or create — including Primavera P6 (XER), Microsoft Project (XML), spreadsheets, schedule activities, costs, baselines, and related project-controls data. This content belongs to you; we process it to provide the Service.
Payment information. When you subscribe, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number; Stripe handles card data directly. We retain limited billing details such as your subscription status and a Stripe customer identifier.
Usage and technical data. Log data, device and browser information, IP address, and how you interact with the Service, used to operate, secure, and improve it.

3. How we use your information

To provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
To run scheduling, cost, and analysis features on the data you provide.
To process subscriptions, payments, and billing through Stripe.
To authenticate you and keep your account and data secure.
To respond to support requests and communicate service-related notices.
To improve and develop new features, and to detect and prevent abuse.

4. AI processing

Certain features (such as AI-generated insights, narratives, and reports) use third-party AI services, including the Anthropic API. When you use these features, the relevant schedule or project data needed for that feature may be sent to the AI provider to generate the requested output. We use these providers under their applicable terms and do not use your private project data to train public models.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

Service providers who help us operate the Service — for example, cloud hosting (AWS), payment processing (Stripe), authentication (Google), and AI processing (Anthropic) — under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
Legal and safety reasons — when required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of FinitePath, our users, or others.
Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

6. Data retention

We retain your account and project data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting fp@finitepath.com. We may retain certain records as required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes.
